PRO.MARINE Cleaning/ De-greasing Products are currently undergoing HOCNF approval for use on all marine and offshore cleaning applications. Unlike caustic and toxic chemicals, PRO.MARINE cleans effectively but does not damage the sensitive eco-systems found offshore. PRO.MARINE can be diluted with seawater and still perform within design specifications. The products are used on all types of surfaces to effectively remove grease, grime and oil. Available in a wide choice of packages, PRO.MARINE can be tailored to meet your budget. Supplied as a concentrate to reduce transportation costs, PRO.MARINE can be diluted from 5:1 up to 200:1 to suit your application, making the product highly cost effective.

This new nano-technology based coating can be applied to the hull of a ship to allow easy removal of fouling (build up of slime, algae, grass and barnacles), protect the hull against corrosion and oxidation and also reduce water friction when operating.

A Dirty Ship is an Expensive Ship!

A ship hull generally builds up with organic compounds from the sea such as algae or barnacles which can actually have a dramatic effect on a vessel’s resistance whilst operating in water. This resistance causes drag which can result in increased fuel consumption. Generally, it is recommended that a ship’s hull is cleaned once per year in order to remove this build-up. By applying ECO.CALIBRE Pro Gloss to the hull of a ship, it will protect the surface from corrosion and oxidation and reduce the build-up of dirt for up to 5 years in water. This eliminates the need for further cleaning and also prevents the increased fuel consumption associated with a dirty hull..
