By choosing the dilution to match the type of surface and the state of the surface, different strengths can be used in order to conserve product where possible and thus save costs.

The environmentally safe properties of PRO.AVIATION mean that cleaning your aircraft has never been easier. In a test conducted with JET2 Airlines and Boeing, cleaning crews were able to clean 4 aircraft per day with PRO.AVIATION compared to the 3 per day that was possible with the more hazardous cleaners that were being used. This is due to safety measures that have to be in place when using the more harmful products that cost the user extra time and extra money. A problem that is solved by switching to one of the worlds most efficient cleaning agents.

PRO.AVIATION has been tested by SMI laboratories to the exacting standards of Airbus and Boeing to determine it’s effectiveness as a cleaner for the aviation market. The results from these test were exceptional. PRO.AVIATION has excelled in all of the requested tests and was proven to have several advantages specific to the airline cleaning industries.

Step 1: Foam Application

After appropriately diluting PRO.AVIATION for the specific application, use a foam lance to apply an even layer of foamed product to the surface. Foaming the product on will increase the contaact time and ensure that any dirt is lifted from the surface. PRO.AVIATION can be used with most types of foam lance's and pressure washers. The thicker the foam applied, the longer surface contact time resutling in a deeper clean.

Step 2: Aggitation/ Scrubbing

Once the PRO.AVIATION foam has been left for several minutes, sometimes some aggitation is required to loosen the dirt on the surface. Micro-fibre cloths, especially E.M.R cloths, are recommended to aggitate the area as they will attract the dirt from the surface into the cloth.

Step 3: Rinse

Rinse the the surface with plenty of water to flush out all of the dirt that has been loosened by PRO.AVIATION. Water itself is a nano-particle and is able to flush the small grooves and channels of the substrate to reveal a pristine surface. For heavier applications on stubborn oils and stains, repeat steps 1 & 2.

COAT

The ECO.CALIBRE coatings range comprises a selection of ultra-high-tech products which change the properties of a surface or substrate making it water, oil and dirt repellent, leaving an easy to clean finish on the surface. The surface treatments are ultra-flexible and expand and contract with the substrate.

The ECO.CALIBRE range is suitable for use on most surfaces found on an aircraft. The coatings are a part of the ECO Triple ‘C’ system. The Triple ‘C’ System has three unique stages; Clean, Coat and Care. Initial cleaning is done to provide a soil free surface down to the nano-level, then the ECO.CALIBRE treatments are applied to the substrate to preserve the pristine state. Finally, the resulting non-stick surface is cleaned using a weak dilution of PRO.AVIATION cleaning solution. Cleaning times can be reduced by as much as 50% allowing machinery to be back in production faster.
